Inside the real app

Every session tells a story.

Sets, rests, volume and heart rate tell the story of your session. Review how you trained and take those insights into your next workout.

What’s included

Progress has many sides.

01

Your day, at a glance.

Training, nutrition, sleep and steps on your Today screen. See what’s ahead and what you’ve already done.

02

Training with perspective.

Plan strength and endurance, log sets and rests, and follow your development. Your muscle map shows which areas your plan works.

03

Nutrition in context.

Log meals through search, a barcode or a photo. Keep calories and macros alongside your training.

04

More than a number on the scale.

Weight, measurements and progress photos make changes visible over time. Follow the trend instead of judging a single day.

05

Recovery belongs in the picture.

Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV from your connected health data. Use your measurements to better understand your routine.

06

Habits that stay with you.

Keep your routines, supplements and goals in view. Give small steps a place in the same daily routine.

07

Independently or with a coach.

Train independently or connect with your coach. Plans, check-ins and conversations stay in one place.

08

Even without a signal.

Log your training even without a connection. Your changes sync when you’re back online.

A few questions?

When can I get started?

Coachalyst launches on 1 October 2026. Available downloads and coach signup will be linked here at launch.

Do I need a coach?

No. You can use Coachalyst independently and work with a coach when you choose.

What happens without an internet connection?

You can log training offline. Sync, messages and features such as photo analysis need a connection.
